Does Betters have a mobile app?
Betters is a Polish online bookmaker. It holds a permit from the Ministry of Finance for online mutual betting, issued to SILESIA Entertainment Sp. z o.o. In this review, we take a detailed look at the sports offer, mobile app, payment methods, registration and verification process, as well as features such as RaiseBET and virtual sports. We assess for whom Betters is a good choice and where its weaknesses lie.
Licence and safety
Betters appears in the register of legal bookmakers of the Ministry of Finance (gov.pl/web/finanse/legalny-hazard), pays the gambling tax on behalf of players. The operator is subject to state control.
Licensed bookmakers in Poland must implement a responsible-gaming policy approved by the Minister of Finance, including mechanisms that let players control their activity (Article 15i of the Gambling Act). Like all legal bookmakers in Poland, Betters remits a 12% turnover tax on every bet placed – the player does not need to settle with the tax authorities personally.
Registration and verification (KYC)
Opening an account with Betters requires personal data (first name, last name, PESEL, residential address) and an email address. To fully use withdrawals and bonuses, you must complete identity verification (KYC). This process involves uploading a scan of your ID card or passport and proof of address (e.g. a utility bill).
Sports betting offer
The main area of Betters’ activity is betting on traditional sports disciplines. The offer includes football – both European leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ekstraklasa) and lower‑tier competitions as well as non‑European leagues. The number of markets per match is decent – besides the classic 1X2, there are Asian handicaps, bets on goals, cards, corners, and long‑term wagers (e.g. league champion, top scorer).
Football is the core of the Betters offer.
Volleyball – both men’s and women’s, mainly the Polish league (PlusLiga, TAURON Liga), Champions League and national teams. The market offer includes set winner, exact score, point handicaps and totals. For volleyball fans it is a solid choice.
Speedway – mainly PGE Ekstraliga and Grand Prix events. Betters offers bets on match winner, track handicaps and individual heat winners.
Basketball – NBA, Euroleague, European leagues and the Polish Energa Basket Liga. Markets: points, assists, rebounds, quarter over/under.
MMA / KSW – Betters regularly posts odds for KSW, UFC and other organisations. Players can bet on fight winner, method (KO, submission, decision), number of rounds and detailed markets (e.g. who lands the first strike).
Tennis – ATP and WTA tournaments, Grand Slams and challengers. Bets on sets, break points, total games in a match, handicaps.
Ice hockey – NHL, KHL, European leagues including the Polish league. Markets: 1X2, goal handicap, over/under, goalscorer.
Unfortunately the esports offer is thin, which may disappoint younger players; check which titles are on offer before you register.
There is also a lack of live video streaming. Although live betting is available, you cannot watch matches on the bookmaker’s site. For those who like to follow live action on screen, this is a major limitation.
Features: RaiseBET and virtual sports
RaiseBET – this is a mechanism for boosting odds on multiple‑selection coupons. After constructing a coupon, you can activate an odds boost. Exact terms are provided in the promotion rules.
Virtual sports – Betters offers virtual sports. Results are algorithm‑generated.
Additionally, Betters has a classic cash‑out (buy‑back of a bet). This option can be useful when a match takes an unfavourable turn.
Payments and mobile app
Betters offers payment methods that include BLIK, bank transfers and cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. According to our review, deposits are free of charge.
Withdrawals are made to a bank account or virtual wallet; the waiting time depends on the bank and the payment method.
Betters has a mobile app. After an interface refresh it looks more modern, but average app ratings are modest and the mobile UX still needs refinement. The lack of video streaming means you have to use external sources.
Regular promotions
Betters regularly organises promotions for existing players. The most interesting include:
- Daily bonus – when depositing at specific times, you can receive an extra freebet.
- Birthday freebet – on your birthday, you get a free bet.
- Accumulator Boost with RaiseBET – increase the odds on a multiple‑selection coupon (details in terms).
Check the current welcome offer and the terms of the regular promotions on the operator’s website.
Who is Betters for?
Betters works well for players who value the convenience of mobile payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay) and fans of multiple‑selection coupons who take advantage of the odds boost mechanism. The traditional sports offering is solid. We mainly recommend it to people who:
- frequently use BLIK or mobile wallets,
- bet on accumulators and like to boost odds,
- are interested in football, volleyball, speedway or MMA/KSW,
- are looking for a legal bookmaker with virtual sports.
It is not a good choice for esports fans or for those who expect live video streaming. The mobile app may disappoint demanding users.
