Betting App Ranking 2026 — Best Bookmaker Apps
More and more of us place bets from our phones — which is why the quality of a bookmaker’s mobile app is now one of the key criteria when choosing where to bet. This overview shows how users of the Polish App Store rate the apps of the 17 licensed operators holding a permit from the Minister of Finance — the order is the App Store rating, not our assessment — and which of them have an iOS and Android app. We describe documented features: BLIK support, live betting, cashout and notifications. We do not measure app speed or stability ourselves. Updated: October 2026.
Betting App Ratings in the App Store 2026
The table below shows app ratings given by users of the Polish App Store — for each operator the average (1–5), the number of ratings and a dated link to the source. It is not our score. An average based on fewer than 100 ratings is marked “too few ratings”. We did not install or test any of the apps ourselves; Android availability is in the availability table below.
The table is ordered by the average user rating in the Polish App Store (scale 1–5), not by our assessment. As of 30.09.2026; every row links to its source.

Availability checked directly against the official App Store listing and Google Play's betting-app policy (checked 17 Sep 2026); we did not install or test any app. "n/a" means no app rating has been published yet for that operator. Only ever download the Android app from the operator's own official site.
Android or iOS — How Do Betting Apps Differ?
On iPhone, apps from almost every bookmaker in our ranking reach the App Store without major restrictions, so installing them looks the same as installing any other app. The one exception on our list is Traf, which as checked on 17 Sep 2026 offered no native app on either iOS or Android — only the mobile site in a browser (see the availability table above). Android is a different story: Google Play only allows betting apps in selected countries and after separate approval, and none of the licensed operators we verified is currently (as of September 2026) available on Google Play — the rest offer their Android version as an APK file to download directly from their own site rather than through the store (verified sources: the availability table above). This is fully legal for an entity holding a Ministry of Finance permit — it has nothing to do with illegitimate software — but it does require one extra step from the user during the first install, which we cover below.
Functional differences between the two systems are minimal today: both versions offer the same range of markets, the live section, the bet slip and mobile payments. Occasional lags in updates (e.g. a new feature landing on iOS first, then Android) happen from time to time and depend on the specific operator.
How to Install a Betting App Step by Step
Installing on Android (APK file)
If you can’t find the app on Google Play, download it directly from the operator’s site — only an operator that appears in our licensed bookmakers list and holds an MF permit. In short:
- Go to the bookmaker’s official site (not a link from an ad or a text message) and find the “Mobile app” section.
- Download the APK file directly from the operator’s server — the site address should match the one you know from the MF register.
- Your phone will ask for permission to install from an “unknown source” (Settings → Apps → Install unknown apps) — this is a standard step when installing outside Google Play and doesn’t signal a threat if the file comes from the operator’s official site.
- After installing, log in to your existing account or open a new one, completing full identity verification.
The safety rule is simple: never download an APK file from forums, social-media groups or links from unknown senders — always go directly to the site of a licensed operator. Before installing, it’s also worth comparing the address of the page you’re downloading from with the address listed in our licensed bookmakers list — a simple way to rule out a fake, deceptively similar domain impersonating the real operator.
Installing on iOS (App Store)
On iPhone, just search for the bookmaker’s name in the App Store, install the app as normal, and log in to your account. Updates arrive automatically if you have background app updates switched on.
What Makes a Good Betting App — and What We Don’t Check Ourselves
When describing apps, we rely on documented app features — the operator’s own description and its App Store listing — not our own benchmark. We have not installed, deposited into, or withdrawn from any app, so we do not report speed or stability as a measured fact. What we look at:
- Availability and download source — whether the app is officially available on Android and iOS, and where to safely download it (verified in the availability table above).
- Bet-slip clarity — how easy it is to add and edit single and accumulator bets, per the app’s documented features.
- Mobile payments — whether the operator states native support for BLIK, Przelewy24 or Apple Pay without being redirected to a browser.
- Range of features — cashout, live stats, push notifications, biometric login, per the operator’s own description.
What we don’t know first-hand: the real speed of live-odds loading, how the app holds up under heavy server load, or exact withdrawal-processing times — checking that would require testing on a live account, which we don’t do. If that matters to you, check current user reviews on the App Store right before you install.
Apps from Our 17 Licensed Bookmakers — An Overview
STS, Fortuna and Superbet
STS‘s app offers native BLIK support and an extensive live section, per the operator’s own description of its features — see the STS review. Fortuna comes across in our review as a stable choice with a simple BLIK cashier (Fortuna review). Superbet stands out for its modern app design, appreciated by fans following the Ekstraklasa (Superbet review).
Betclic, LV BET and BETFAN — Strong Live Betting
Betclic offers some of the higher odds on top European leagues, visible directly in the app (review). LV BET combines regular promotions with an esports offer (review). BETFAN focuses on Polish sport — KSW and speedway — available from within the app (review).
ComeOn and Lebull — Standout Features
In the sportsbook configuration of ComeOn (comeon.pl), video streaming is switched on for Poland (as of 12.10.2026). We did not check which events carry a stream or whether streams are available in the app (ComeOn review). Lebull stands out for its Social Betting feature, letting you follow other players’ picks in a clean interface (Lebull review).
AdmiralBet, PZBUK and Forbet — A Straightforward Offer
AdmiralBet holds a Minister of Finance permit (review). PZBUK focuses on a simple account-opening and first-deposit process from your phone (review). Forbet supports BLIK and focuses on Polish football and speedway (review).
Betters, Fuksiarz and TOTALbet — Simple and Fast
We describe the payment methods of Betters, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, in its review. Fuksiarz has simple, clear navigation valued by beginners (review). TOTALbet has a combat-sports offer, including KSW (review).
eToto — an MF-Licensed Operator
eToto is one of the 17 licensed bookmakers and has held its Ministry of Finance permit since 2020. Its mobile app (Android and iOS) supports live betting and BLIK, and Przelewy24 payouts are usually processed within a few minutes — longer if you exceed the daily withdrawal limit. More in the eToto review.
Live Betting in the Mobile App
Today, the app is the most convenient way to bet live — odds update in real time, and push notifications tell you about changes in the match you’re following. STS and Betclic stand out for the widest live market coverage, and in the sportsbook configuration of ComeOn, video streaming is switched on (as of 12.10.2026). You’ll find a full comparison of live offers in our live betting guide.
Cashout Straight from Your Phone
Cashout — closing your bet slip early, before the event ends — is available in most licensed bookmakers’ apps and works most conveniently on the phone, where the notification that cashout is available appears in real time. We cover exactly how this feature works, including partial cashout, in detail in our article on cashout at a bookmaker.
Push Notifications and Odds Alerts
A good betting app lets you set notifications for: kick-off of a match on your watchlist, cashout becoming available, your bet slip being settled, and new promotions. It’s a convenient way to keep track of your bets without constantly opening the app — but it’s worth remembering that too many prompts and reminders can encourage betting more often than you’d planned. If you notice that pattern in yourself, consider limiting notifications in the app’s settings, or use the tools described on our responsible gambling page.
Biometric Login and Account Security
Most licensed bookmakers’ apps let you log in with a fingerprint or facial recognition (Face ID / Touch ID), which speeds up access to your account and reduces the risk of your password being intercepted on a shared device. Whatever login method you use, only ever use an app downloaded from the official site of an operator holding a Ministry of Finance permit — that’s the basic condition for keeping your funds and data safe.
App-Only Bonuses and Promotions
Some operators reserve selected promotions — for example, boosted odds on a chosen event or an extra accumulator boost — exclusively for users of the mobile app. Always check the current bonus offer, including the welcome bonus, directly in the app or on the operator’s site — you’ll find a full overview of promotion types in our betting bonuses article. In-app promotions usually appear as a separate tab or a banner on the home screen after you log in — the terms of each one (including any wagering requirement) are always shown in full in that same section, before you activate it.
BLIK in the Betting App — How Does It Work?
BLIK is the most convenient deposit and withdrawal method in the mobile app: you generate a 6-digit code in your banking app, enter it with the bookmaker, and the funds appear within minutes. Full BLIK support for both deposits and withdrawals is offered by STS, Fortuna, Forbet and Fuksiarz; BLIK deposits alone are also supported by, among others, Superbet, TOTALbet, LV BET and BETFAN. See the full comparison in our article on bookmakers with BLIK.
App or Mobile Browser?
Each of the 17 bookmakers in our ranking also works in a mobile browser — no install required, just visit the operator’s site from your phone. That’s a convenient option if you don’t want to use up storage space, or if you’re betting occasionally from someone else’s device. A native app still has a real edge, though, wherever speed and convenience matter: push notifications for kick-off or cashout becoming available and biometric login instead of typing a password every time — things a mobile browser simply can’t offer. The app’s interface is also built for the specific operating system rather than for a browser, though we haven’t measured any real speed difference. If you bet regularly, installing the app makes sense; for a one-off check of the odds, the browser is enough.
App size and system requirements vary between operators and versions — you’ll always find the exact figures (storage space needed, minimum OS version) in the app’s listing on the App Store, or on the operator’s APK download page, before you start installing.
Connection Security and In-App Account Protection
Licensed bookmakers’ apps encrypt the connection between your phone and the operator’s server, and the operator itself — as an entity holding a Ministry of Finance permit — is subject to oversight and to data-protection and identity-verification (KYC) requirements, which we describe in our guide to bookmaker payment methods. Besides biometric login, it’s worth turning on extra new-device login notifications in the app if the operator offers that option, and never storing your password anywhere accessible to other people.
Android APK or Google Play?
Because Google Play only allows betting apps in selected countries and after separate approval, none of the licensed operators we verified is currently (as of September 2026) available on Google Play — those that have an Android app at all offer it as an APK file to download directly from their own site. iOS apps usually reach the App Store without such restrictions. The availability table above shows which operators have no native app on a given platform. Whatever the source, always download the app only from the site of an operator listed in our licensed bookmakers list or verified in our bookmaker licence data register.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I download a betting app from Google Play?
No — Google Play only allows betting apps in selected countries and after separate approval, and none of the licensed operators we verified is currently (as of September 2026) available on Google Play; those that have an Android app at all only offer it as an APK on their own site. iOS apps are usually available on the App Store — the exception is Traf, which as checked on 17 Sep 2026 had no native app on either platform. Always download only from the official site of an MF-licensed operator.
How do I safely install a betting app on Android?
Download the APK file only directly from the site of an operator holding a Ministry of Finance permit, then allow the system to install from an “unknown source” in your phone’s settings. Never install an app downloaded from forums, social-media groups or links from unknown senders.
Which betting app has the best live betting?
STS and Betclic stand out with an extensive live section covering dozens of events at once. In the sportsbook configuration of ComeOn, video streaming is switched on for Poland (as of 12.10.2026); we did not check which events carry a stream. Details in the reviews linked from the table above.
How do I deposit via BLIK in a betting app?
In the app, go to “Deposits”, choose BLIK, enter the 6-digit code generated in your banking app, and confirm the transaction in your bank. The funds reach your betting account within minutes. Full BLIK support (deposits and withdrawals) is offered by, among others, STS, Fortuna, Forbet and Fuksiarz — details in: bookmakers with BLIK.
Does every betting app need a Polish licence?
Yes — if an operator accepts bets from players in Poland, it must hold a permit from the Minister of Finance, regardless of whether it offers a mobile app. Using an illegal bookmaker’s app exposes you to the same risks as using its website — no guarantee of a payout and no legal protection.
