Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using Bukmacher na Topie (bukmachernatopie.pl), published as part of the Avenmark Media group. By using the site, you accept the rules below.
Nature of the service
The service is informational and educational. We publish reviews, rankings and guides covering legal bookmakers holding a permit from Poland’s Minister of Finance to operate online sports betting. We are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets, we do not process payments, and we have no access to your account with any operator. The content is not investment or financial advice, nor an inducement to gamble — the decision to gamble is yours alone and at your own responsibility.
Scope and licensed operators
We describe and compare only operators listed in the Polish Ministry of Finance’s register (gov.pl/web/finanse/legalny-hazard). The site does not cover online casinos, slot machines, online poker or roulette — in Poland those forms of online gambling are a state monopoly and are not a legal affiliate vertical. We describe the criteria we use to assess operators on our how we rate bookmakers page.
Editorial independence
Rankings and ratings on this site reflect our editorial team’s own analysis, based on transparent, fixed criteria. An affiliate relationship with an operator gives it no influence over review content or ranking position — we do not sell placements or better ratings.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links to operators are affiliate links (marked, including via cloaked /go/ addresses). If you open an account with a bookmaker through our link, we may receive a commission from the operator. This does not affect your terms with the operator (bonus, odds, conditions) or the size of any winnings you receive — it is compensation paid to us by the operator, independent of your own transaction.
No warranty on odds and bonus terms
We make a genuine effort to keep information about bonuses, odds and offer terms accurate at the time of publication, but operators change them without notice. We do not guarantee that an offer, betting odds or wagering condition described on this site matches what the operator currently offers at the moment you visit. Always verify current terms directly on the bookmaker’s own site before opening an account or placing a bet — the operator’s own terms are what’s binding, not our description of them.
Age restriction and responsible gambling
This service is intended exclusively for adults (18+). Gambling carries a risk of addiction and should be treated as entertainment, not a way to earn money. We promote only operators holding an MF licence (gov.pl/web/finanse/legalny-hazard), who provide age verification and player-protection tools (deposit limits, time limits, self-exclusion). The content, text, graphics, rankings and comparisons published on this site are protected by copyright and belong to the publisher. You may quote our content, with attribution and a link back to the original page, within a reasonable extent (e.g. a paragraph in an article). Copying, wholesale reproduction, or bulk scraping of content without our permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The service is purely informational. We are not liable for gambling decisions made on the basis of our content, for financial losses arising from bets, or for the actions, content, availability or errors of operator sites our links lead to — responsibility for those lies solely with the relevant bookmaker, under its own terms and licence. To the extent permitted by Polish law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and your use of the site are governed by Polish law. Consumers additionally retain any rights arising from mandatory provisions of EU and Polish law, which these terms do not exclude or limit.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms, including in response to changes in the law or in the scope of the service. The current version is always available on this page.

Is Bukmacher na Topie a bookmaker, or does it take bets?
No. We are an independent informational service. Only the licensed operators we point you to take bets — accounts, deposits and withdrawals all happen entirely on their own sites.
Can a bookmaker buy a better rating?
No. Ratings come solely from our editorial team’s analysis under a transparent methodology. An affiliate relationship with an operator does not affect its ranking position or review content.
