About Us

Bukmacher na Topie is an independent service dedicated to licensed bookmakers operating in Poland under a permit from the Ministry of Finance. We help you choose a safe operator based on clear criteria, not marketing promises.

What we do

We assess and compare only bookmakers holding an MF licence. We check the betting offer, bonus terms, the availability of BLIK and fast payments, declared withdrawal times and the quality of the mobile app — based on each operator’s terms of service, publicly available information and its own published materials. We write every review with the Polish bettor in mind — even though this English edition serves an international and expat audience following the same legal Polish betting market.

Independence

Our rankings reflect the editorial team’s assessment, not the size of the commission. We use affiliate links — if you open an account through our link, we may receive compensation — but this does not affect a bookmaker’s ranking position or rating. We never quote made-up bonus amounts or “guaranteed winnings”. You can read the exact criteria and their weight on our how we rate bookmakers page.

Only legal and responsible

We promote only operators licensed by the Minister of Finance (gov.pl/web/finanse/legalny-hazard). We do not cover online casinos, slots, poker or roulette — in Poland those are a state monopoly, not a legal affiliate vertical. Gambling is intended for adults (18+) and carries a risk of addiction — which is why at every step we remind you about responsible gambling.
