ComeOn is an online bookmaker operating at comeon.pl. Online fixed-odds betting here is run by Cherry Online Polska Sp. z o.o. on the basis of a permit from the Minister of Finance. In this review we describe only what we were able to confirm in primary sources: on the operator’s website and in the Ministry of Finance register. Elements we have not verified (among them the exact terms of the bonus and the list of disciplines) are marked explicitly. The overall score in our review is 8/10.
Is ComeOn legal? Licence and safety
ComeOn is legal: Cherry Online Polska Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000678163) holds Minister of Finance permit no. DAG11.6831.11.2022 of 7 June 2022 to organise fixed-odds betting online, issued for a period of 6 years. The operator gives the information about the permit in the footer of comeon.pl. The company also declares there that it has the full right to use and manage the comeon.pl domain, as verified by the Minister of Finance in the permit procedure.
The same entity appears in the Ministry of Finance register (gov.pl/web/finanse/legalny-hazard), in the table “Legalne podmioty na rynku zakładów wzajemnych” (Legal entities on the fixed-odds betting market): Cherry Online Polska Sp. z o.o., KRS 0000678163, domains pzbuk.pl and comeon.pl. In the table of entities with the right to an online casino the register lists only Totalizator Sportowy, so we assess ComeOn here solely as a sports bookmaker. For an overview of legal operators, see our article licensed bookmakers in Poland.
Age: according to the site footer, the site is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. The operator reserves the right to require an ID card or passport to confirm age.
Sports betting offer
The navigation of comeon.pl contains the items “Zakłady” (Bets) and “Retrobet”, and the bottom navigation bar also “Live” (live betting). The site has an odds-format switch (decimal or American). The bet slip markings include, among others, “Booster”.
We have not verified the list of disciplines or leagues, so we do not give it in this review. Check the current offer for individual matches in the betting section on the operator’s website.
Retro Bet
A separate menu item is Retro Bet. The operator describes it as betting on replays of football matches, available all day, with virtual teams. This is a virtual offer, not betting on real matches being played at the time.
Live betting
Live betting is available in a separate section of the site (marked “Live” in the bottom navigation bar). The comeon.pl sportsbook configuration has video streaming switched on for Poland (stream providers: Betradar and Genius Sports, as of 12.10.2026). We did not check which events carry a stream, and the operator’s terms do not promise streams of sports events, so check stream availability on the page of the specific match.
Welcome bonus
The home page of comeon.pl is titled “ComeOn Oferta na Start: Odbierz 250 PLN bez ryzyka + 50 PLN Freebet!”, and the slogans “FREEBET 50 PLN” and “Oferta Powitalna” (Welcome Offer) also appear on the site. The footer describes the offer as a freebet and cashback. The operator provides a separate “Regulamin oferty powitalnej” (Welcome offer terms).
We have not verified the terms of this offer: the minimum deposit, the wagering requirement, the minimum odds, the deadlines, or the form (cash or bonus funds) in which the refund is paid out. Before registering, read the current terms on the operator’s website (ComeOn promotions, betting rules; both pages are in Polish).
ComeOn app and browser version
The footer of comeon.pl contains the item “Apps”, and in the site’s texts the operator writes about the possibility of betting “również korzystając z naszej aplikacji mobilnej” (also using our mobile app). However, we have not confirmed a ComeOn app intended for the Polish market and covered by the Polish permit: in the MF register the entity’s domains are listed as pzbuk.pl and comeon.pl. A safer point of reference is the comeon.pl site opened in a browser. The site’s interface includes, among others, the labels “WPŁATA” (Deposit), “WYPŁATA” (Withdrawal) and “Historia transakcji” (Transaction history).
Deposits at ComeOn
In the site footer the operator shows the logos of four payment providers: BLIK, Przelewy24, imoje and TransactionLink. According to the “Płatności” (Payments) tab (comeon.pl/pl/platnosci, in Polish), deposits are possible by fast bank transfer from the bank and by BLIK in the imoje service, in each case from PLN 5. The operator states that deposits are usually credited within a few minutes. You can deposit from various bank accounts, but a withdrawal goes only to a verified bank account belonging to the player. For a comparison of payment methods at different bookmakers, see our article payment methods at bookmakers (available in Polish).
Withdrawals at ComeOn — methods, time and verification
ComeOn describes the withdrawal rules in the “Płatności” (Payments) and “Weryfikacja” (Verification) tabs (payments, verification) and in the terms and conditions (all three pages are in Polish). We give them as the operator presents them; we did not test a withdrawal on our own account.
- Method: the withdrawal table lists the Przelewy24 service. The money goes only to a verified bank account belonging to the player; a withdrawal to a third party’s account, including a spouse or family member, is not possible. The operator also allows a withdrawal to a Polish personal account at Revolut, after it has been verified.
- Amounts and fees: the minimum withdrawal is PLN 5, and according to the operator withdrawals are free of commission. In the “Płatności” (Payments) tab ComeOn writes that there is no upper withdrawal limit, but the terms and conditions set a monthly withdrawal limit of PLN 500,000 per player.
- Time (Payments tab and terms, as of 12.10.2026): for withdrawals via Przelewy24 the operator states about 2 hours, and the time the money is credited depends on the bank. Withdrawals outside a given bank’s availability hours and to banks not on the operator’s list are processed within 1–2 business days. The first withdrawal may take longer because of additional verification, and the terms and conditions give the company up to 14 days to pay out from the submission of the instruction.
- Wagering the deposit: before a withdrawal the deposited amount must be wagered at least once, by placing any bets at any odds. Otherwise the withdrawal will not be processed.
- Verification (Verification tab and terms, as of 12.10.2026): before the first withdrawal you must verify an identity document (the ID card, passport or residence card given at registration, in colour, both sides) and a statement from your personal bank account. According to the terms and conditions, full verification must take place no later than 30 days after registration (a deadline declared by the operator), or before the first withdrawal if that happens earlier.
- Account statement: a PDF, screenshot, photo or scan with your first and last name, the 26-digit account number, a date not older than 3 months and the bank logo; the balance and transaction amounts must be hidden (masked). Verification of the statement is one-off for each account used for withdrawals.
- Uploading documents: in the “Konto” (Account) → “Wyślij dokumenty” (Send documents) tab, in PDF, JPG or PNG format below 6 MB. The operator does not accept documents sent by e-mail. Verification usually takes up to 24 hours, as stated by the operator, but may take longer.
A withdrawal is ordered in the “Konto” (Account) → “Wypłata” (Withdrawal) tab by choosing the method and a verified account. It can be cancelled only for a short time after it is ordered. The rules may change, so before your first deposit check the current content of the operator’s tabs.
Registration and verification at ComeOn
The registration wizard starts with the steps “Szybka rejestracja” (Quick registration) and “Podstawowe dane” (Basic details). The login form has the fields “Adres e-mail” (E-mail address) and “Hasło” (Password). When unblocking an account the operator offers verification by SMS or e-mail message, followed by logging in with a one-time password or changing the password. We have not verified the full list of required data and the subsequent steps, because we did not open an account for the purposes of this review.
The site also has the labels “Limit dzienny” (Daily limit) and “Limit miesięczny” (Monthly limit) and a “Odpowiedzialna Gra” (Responsible Gambling) section.
Customer service and support
In the site footer the operator gives the e-mail address [email protected] and a link to a chat. There are also links to the ComeOn Poland profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube. We have not confirmed a telephone line, and the support working hours have not been verified.
Taxes and legality
As a legal bookmaker with a Polish licence, ComeOn pays 12% turnover tax on every bet placed (this amount is automatically deducted from the stake at the moment the bet is placed). A 10% income tax (flat rate) also applies to a single win above PLN 2,280, on the whole of that amount, and the operator pays it to the tax office on the player’s behalf. In practice this means that the win is paid out after the tax has been deducted. The player does not have to settle winnings from legal betting with the tax office on their own. A legal bookmaker operates under Polish gambling law. Avoiding illegal foreign bookmakers is crucial – only legal operators from the MF register comply with Polish law and gambling regulations.
Summary — who is ComeOn for?
ComeOn is a legal online bookmaker with a Polish permit, entered in the Ministry of Finance register. The pros we confirmed: the permit and the entity’s details given both by the operator and in the MF register; a site in Polish; payments through providers known in Poland (BLIK, Przelewy24) and commission-free withdrawals from PLN 5 (according to the operator); a welcome offer with a freebet. To be clarified before registering are the detailed terms of the bonus, the list of disciplines and the status of the mobile app on the Polish market. We describe the withdrawal rules above on the basis of the “Płatności” (Payments) and “Weryfikacja” (Verification) tabs and the operator’s terms and conditions.
