Licence and safety – why choose a legal bookmaker?

Fuksiarz is a Polish online bookmaker operating under a permit from the Minister of Finance for arranging mutual betting online, licensed since 2020. Being in the MF register means the operator acts under a permit and pays the gambling tax (12% of total stakes) itself. A single win of up to PLN 2,280 is exempt from income tax; from a single win above PLN 2,280, 10% of the whole win is levied, and the operator withholds it as the payer. This is a key difference from the grey market, where transactions are unrecorded and expose the user to blocks, financial penalties and lack of legal protection. According to the operator, full account verification (identity document scan, address, bank account number) is required before winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome bonus – cashback

According to the promotion terms on the operator’s website (checked on 5 October 2026), Fuksiarz’s welcome offer consists of two separate parts. The first is a refund of up to PLN 1,000 in cash with no wagering: to use it you must, within 14 days of registering, deposit at least PLN 50 and place your first coupon with the deposited funds – an accumulator of at least 3 selections, stake from PLN 50, with no minimum odds. If that coupon loses, the operator refunds 50% of its stake (maximum PLN 1,000), reduced by 12% gambling tax. The refund goes to a bonus (cashback) balance and must be moved to the main balance; it can be staked on further bets or withdrawn. The promotion is one-off; system bets, special bets, virtual sports, BOOST offers and cashed-out bets are among the exclusions. The second part is a PLN 10 freebet for fully verifying the account: valid for 72 hours, for an accumulator of at least 3 selections with odds of at least 1.60 on each, with a maximum win of PLN 2,279. The operator reserves the right to change or withdraw the promotion at any time, so check the current terms on its website before registering. You place the first stake with your own money and risk losing the part not covered by the refund.

Betting offer – football, speedway, volleyball and KSW in the spotlight

Fuksiarz’s offer focuses on disciplines popular in Poland, with a clear emphasis on football – from Ekstraklasa and the Polish national team, through the Champions League, to top European leagues. In the football section you will find standard markets: 1X2 result, both teams to score, Asian handicap, over/under goals and exact score. Market coverage of less popular competitions depends on the event – check the current offer on the operator’s site. In volleyball, Fuksiarz offers PlusLiga, Nations League and national team tournament matches with bets on sets (exact score, set handicap). For speedway fans, PGE Ekstraliga races, Grand Prix and Swedish league are available – markets on race winner, exact match score and number of race wins. For KSW and other MMA events (e.g., UFC, Cage Warriors), the bookmaker offers bets on round winner, fight finish method (KO, submission, decision) and specials like “Will the fight end in the 1st round?”. Live betting is available. Whether an event has a video stream depends on the event – check it on the operator’s site.

Payments – BLIK and fast transfers

According to the operator, deposits are possible via BLIK, fast bank transfers (PayU, Tpay, Przelewy24) and VISA/Mastercard cards, with no commission, and the minimum deposit is PLN 1. Withdrawals require full account verification (including a scan of an identity document) and can be made only to your own private bank account in IBAN format, entered as part of verification; the minimum withdrawal is PLN 5 and the operator states there is no commission.

App – system requirements and installation

According to the operator, the Fuksiarz mobile app is available for iOS (App Store) and Android (Android 8.0 or newer; iOS 11.0 or newer). On Android the installation file is downloaded directly from the operator because the app is not in Google Play – the system shows an unknown-source warning, so download the file only from the operator’s own website. The app offers pre-match and live betting, payments (including BLIK) and account management.
